Falls A/C and Heating Services Inc. was assigned to diagnose and repair my a/c when it stopped cooling. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Ashley, Steven, James and Daniel. Each played a part in providing excellent customer service. They worked tirelessly and showed great respect for me and my home. I highly recommend this company!

We had a home warranty issue and Dave came out diagnosed the issue and gave us a good price and advice. He gave us options and pros and cons and we told him what we wanted.James installed it and was on time, quick and did a great job.Services: A/C system repair
