“Darian was extremely nice and welcoming. She has awesome personal style too, which made me feel as if I was in great hands right from the start. She made friendly conversation the whole time and just seems like a kind person.Darian took time to listen to me about what I wanted. She did an excellent job waxing my brows (quick and painless) and kept everything looking very natural and still "like myself" which was what I had requested. I had never had eyebrow tinting and she was very careful when applying, and clear with her instructions for care.Finally, even though I used a Groupon, I did not feel any disdain from her for it (I never felt like a "throwaway" client) which unfortunately has been a pretty typical experience when using discounts. “I am a nurse and I love coming to protouch with Hanh. The reason is because she is very detailed in cleanliness and conducting optimal infection control. I love that if she has to stand to go grab something, before she sits down to continue our session she washes her hands! I trust her skills and expertise for a wide range of beautiful NATURAL looking lashes. I have never had any issues with her work and before you leave your session she asks you if you are happy with the work she has performed. Also, one time she noticed my lashes were too think and she recommended that I started to take supplements for hair, skin and nails. With this she demonstrated that she cares about her clients well being. I feel that Hanh is committed to keeping her clients happy as much as possible and always looking for the best for them. “Lona and Lynn are amazing! I’ve been a customer for a year and they’re both really good. I’ve changed the length, asked for less volume, switched to hybrid, etc. and never had any issues. I would suggest letting them know beforehand though. They both listen and my lashes always came out great & just how I asked. I tell my friends about this place all the time. It’s clean, smells good, relaxing music, quiet and accommodating appointment times. Would definitely recommend.“
