I called after leaving another dentists office where my daughter and I were treated awfully. They told me to come in and they were so nice and patient with us, they really treated us so well. Dr. Burch explained to my daughter what we were doing step by step and was so fast. My experience here was phenomenal. i’m grateful that the entire office staff made our day so much better?

I'm embarrassed to admit it but it had been several years since my last dental appointment. I was in desperate need of a cleaning but the longer I put it off the more anxious I grew.This week I googled "dentist near me" and I came across Burchwood dental. I read a review or two on how Dr. Burch is great with patients, so I decided to give them a try. I called Wednesday afternoon and they were able to fit me in the very next day. After filling out the new client questionnaire I was immediately greeted by Dr. Burch who walked me back and did my xray and cleaning. Best dentist experience EVER. I searched for the best and I FOUND HER. I am someone who is not fond of dental work due to a former dentist who didn’t seem to care about me or my teeth at all. I am beyond happy to say I am excited to go to the dentist now!! Dr. Burch and her wonderful staff are amazing! I really cannot say enough good things about these ladies. I called with a broken tooth issue and got it checked out that same hour. Got a full root canal within a few days and got all my dental needs solved efficiently and with a level of customer service even Disney World would struggle to compete with!
