Dennis and Paul are amazing, thorough, expert and kind people to work with. Dennis fixed an AC in record time, showing up just hours after a call, and blew out a leak drain in a few minutes. Paul has been a service technician for almost 15 years, becoming a trusted friend who cares for equipment like it's his own, even when the owners are not there. The company has taken care of 8 units on an acreage, even replacing one. They schedule quickly and restore AC efficiently. The service technicians are super cool, courteous people who prove that quality service still exists. Living in the country doesn't mean no top quality—Reeders, Paul and Dennis always deliver quality work at a fair price, done in a timely fashion. They are the absolute best and highly recommended for any AC issues.
New to La Grange and have an issue with my AC. Couldn’t get it quite figured out but Jace was able to come out and get the maintenance up to date and we’re moving in the right direction to have it back in working order. Dennis did a great job and we would welcome him back anytime. He called ahead and showed up when he said. He quickly found the problem with our air conditioner, clearly explained what was happening and was able to repair the hole he found in the evaporator instead of replacing it. We’ve been using Reeder’s for many years and have always been very happy with their work.
I noticed my leak drain was dripping on Tuesday morning outside. Called Reeders and by 4:00 pm Dennis called & came by. He blew it out in a few minutes! He was so helpful & professional. Reeders gets all my business. A great local company!
