Q Nails & Spa is a welcoming salon known for its friendly staff and personalized service. Many customers appreciate the care they receive, with special mentions of Susan and Wendy for their excellent service. However, some reviews highlight issues with noise in the salon, particularly from visitors who disrupt the relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, while some clients enjoyed their experiences, others were disappointed with the quality of services, noting problems like peeling polish shortly after their appointments. Overall, Q Nails & Spa offers a mix of positive experiences and areas for improvement, creating a cozy environment for nail care.
