So I go to Q-Nails often. Today I had a pedicure and maincure. There were some young ladies in the salon visiting their friend who was getting her feet painted. The girls were super loud and using ugly words. I had to tell them to be quiet because it’s a spa. mind you I’m 37 and trying to enjoy my manicure. Stacy (that’s how loud they were) decided to be really disrespectful. The owner and workers never asked them to lower their voices. It was my FIRST and LAST experience. They were so loud I could tell you where the were going what they where going to do and who they where going with. Needless to say I was very upset.

So friendly….loved the staff. But, the quality of the pedicure was not great at all….less than 6 hours later the polish is peeling off and she even missed putting polish on my pinky toe!!!! Didn’t notice until I was gone….as they were doing my nails at the same time!Services: Manicures

Overall the staff is really nice here and the pedicures and waxed are great. I went back and they're using face masks & plastic face shields to take extra precautions against Covid which is really nice!!! They also saved my eyebrows. Every time I go they do a good job with the waxes, never making my brows look too thin, and a great price for around $8. The pedicures are great and they have lots of features which scrubs and lotions and hot towels, even on the "regular" pedicure! Skip the manicure here & you will love it.
