We had a water pipe leak that soak our garage wall, and that resulted in severe mold build up. They ServPro guys came and removed all of the dangerous moldy panels and stuff, repaired the walls and ceiling damage. The result looks even better than the original before the water leak and mold!

I had a great experience with SERVPRO of Harlingen/San Benito. From the beginning, the team was polite, professional, and quick to respond. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Apparently this company is not really 24 hours. I called the number listed on google on Wednesday around 7:45pm and after explaining my situation, I was told by Mr. Garza that I was calling his personal cell after hours, as if I was inconveniencing him. I still went ahead and sent my information, and he called me on Thursday to set up an appointment.
Today, the tech came out, did an assessment, and then afterwards I was told there would be a $150 assessment fee. A simple heads up from Mr. Garza would’ve been appreciated. That was strike two for me, and I don’t plan on sticking around for strike three. I would like to mention the tech who came by my home was very kind and explained everything he was going to do before walking around my home.

Luis, William and the team at ServPro did a fantastic job drying out a building that was flooded. Their response time was great and I was kept informed during the entire process. The job was completed in the time frame that was expected. Their invoice was very detailed and included pictures of their drying equipment in use. I would recommend ServPro to anybody and everybody in the RGV.
