I’m truly grateful to Luis Guzman and the Heavenly Grace team for the compassion shown during the passing of my husband Saul Trevino. Luis guided me through the process in a courteous and respectful manner and responded to a last minute request without hesitation. The viewing room was above expectations and it meant so much for the family’s final memory to see him peacefully resting with a slight smile on his face.
Luis, again, thank you for honoring Saul this way and giving me a fond memory during this very difficult time.
I would recommend Heavenly Grace to anyone wanting to honor their loved one in a special way.
We were very pleased with entire process. The preparation of the body for viewing was perfect, he had a smile.The facility itself was very accommodating, the beautiful chapel, the tables in the back of the chapel where people could sit, drink coffee and visit while still being in the midst of the viewing. The kitchen that allowed for water, coffee, soft drinks, juice and food. So much room at entrance for his photos & favorite things, that allowed visitors to know him a little better. There were assistants throughout the viewing, often asking if we needed anything or if all was well, Lucky was wonderful. Our family is deeply grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and care we received during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Losing my father was incredibly painful, but the staff treated him and our family with such dignity, respect, and kindness every step of the way.
They were patient, attentive, and always willing to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Their support helped ease a very difficult burden, and we truly appreciate everything they did to honor my dad’s memory.
