The exam itself was thorough, professional, and easy to understand—my optometrist explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions.
After the exam, picking out glasses was actually fun! Braden was super helpful in helping me choose a pair that fit both my style and budget. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I appreciated the honest feedback.

This is honestly some of the best vision I've had in my entire life! While not every experience is perfect, they consistently strive for excellence and really put in their best effort every single year. Update: I just saw a new eye doctor here, and she finally found the exact right contact lenses for my needs – I can use them for both reading and distance vision at the same time! After five years of appointments elsewhere, I'm truly surprised and incredibly happy. It just goes to show they're always polishing their service!

I've been a patient at Kyle Vision for a couple of years now. The doctors are nice, the process is very efficient, though there was at least one exam where I felt like maybe it was too fast? The staff is friendly and they're always well staffed. Getting appointments is easily done online. Here's where I have been disappointed. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Even if you leave a voicemail, they never call you back. Need to reschedule? Need to check on an order? Need to ask an insurance question? You may have to call repeatedly through the day or even just have to drive over there. I hate their phone system and I hate that they never answer the phone. Their... read full review
