I was treated there today. Everyone was comforting and very positive. I told the doctor that it was very unpleasant but thanked him for a job well done. I plan on getting more work done there.
I just got two teeth pulled yesterday by Dr. French & next month starting the process of getting my new teeth. I have a huge fear of the dentist, my anxiety was extremely high and I just wanted to leave but she made me feel so much better. She didn’t rush me to feel ready, she made suggestions to make my experience easier and she got it done. Her assistant was really nice and the ladies upfront are as well. I feel really comfortable with this office which makes the process of getting my teeth fixed so much easier.
I have been in the market for a good, kind, thorough dental office who puts their patients first. I haven’t had good luck finding that in a while. It’s been the reason I haven’t been to the dentist in about 3 years! I had some cavities that a precious office alerted me of. They treated one and it hurt SOO bad the entire time, so I never went back and it caused me to have severe anxiety to even think about having to go back or find a new office. After a friend recommended this office, I easily scheduled an appointment online. I went in for my cleaning and let them know in advance that I’m a huge chicken. 😂 They eased all my fears and explained every single thing to me. The hygienist was so incredibly sweet and discussed what he would be doing. He showed me my X-rays and discussed what he was seeing but reassured me that the dentist would go over it in more detail, which he did (and it was everything the hygienist said he saw) The dental assistant was so thorough and nice. As I was telling her about my anxieties, she reassured me that “here, our patients are in charge of their treatment so if you want them all done at once, we will do it!” And they did. I scheduled my next appointment, which was super easy to do. All of the ladies up front are so kind and accommodating. They have a covid questionnaire for you to complete and take your temp upon arrival, which I am so grateful for. I have definitely found my dental home and I am so grateful for this amazing office! I highly recommend this office - you won’t be sorry!
