Stop looking. If you have found Garner, don’t look at another HVAC company because these are the folks you want. Garner has become our go to and they’ve never disappointed. They have always been direct, honest, fair, and extremely professional. The owner even called me once to keep me updated on the status of repair they had to order parts for. Even more rare was they didn’t nickel and dime me like what most companies do. Max, Elijah, and Ethan all have been phenomenal. I keep recommending these guys to anyone in Hays county or south Austin because of how customer centered they are. It’s rare to be able to give a genuine 5 star review - but they have earned it.
They did an amazing job! Above and beyond, they really make you feel taken care of. I highly recommend!! Shout out to Max and Ethan! I didn't catch the name of the other gentleman but everyone was great.
Max (Project Manager), Ethan and his team are truly amazing. Our 22-year old system finally gave up the ghost and Garner sprang into action. They professionally and efficiently installed a new AC system leaving everything better and tidier than the original instal. Everyone was respectful and was focused on doing a great job - mission succeeded. Ethan took the time to carefully explain the operation of the new thermostat, patiently answering all my dumb questions. When they left I went around prepared to clean up but there was nothing to do - the place was spotless.
