Love this dojo! They take kids that are preschool age (3 or 4 depending on maturity) all the way up to adult children! (Man child's and rebellious women) haha! All kidding aside, the kids' teacher is great with kids, including those with issues such as autism or attention disorders. Kids and adults will learn various martial arts styles and self defense so you can be confident when you're out and about that you can protect yourself. My family and I were looking for a self-defense class for my grandson Ayden who is 4 years old. We are blessed to have found Defense Lab in Kyle, TX. My grandson has confidence, and he is learning self-control of the body, his voice, his brain and his emotions. Master Schreiber & his amazing wife & Mr. O! are amazing teachers. After we moved to south Austin, we were looking for a good martial arts school for our son to replace the one we been going to. My wife found and we tried numerous places over a couple years. We were not happy with any and ran into numerous problems. My wife found Defence Lab and we decided to do their trial. We were hooked immediately. From the moment we started, we could feel the difference. When we went to classes, we could really see the care that was out into each class.
