I was very impressed with this office! Dr. Nair was extremely kind and patient. She put me at ease and was very thorough. She took her time in explaining all the procedures and it was very apparent she cared about her patients. The entire office staff made me feel welcome, especially the office manager and the dental assistant! This will definitely be my new dental office.
I rarely give five stars. No one is perfect. Ha. And I have not received my full quote for all the dental work I need yet but .. (haha) So far, cost is average. I have no Dental Insurance. The staff was awesome!
Follow up calls, professional, inviting, nice, etc.
I've seen some negative reviews. Most negative comes from expectations and perception. I experienced the exact opposite. Personable, informative, nice, knowledgeable. A+
I did have to pay a $79 exam and consultation.
Many places give that for free. Not sure of differences. I didn't mind paying it. I'll pay for good service anyway. So far so good.
This is the second time I’ve been to this office and experienced a delay in care due to scheduling issues. The dentist who worked on my teeth was actively complaining of back pain to the hygienist while working on my teeth because she was being overworked that day. What should have been about a 30min visit based on my experience with other dental offices took almost an hour and a half.
