This company provided awesome service. Even though we weren’t a current client, they walked us through some problem-solving on our fireplace. This involved multiple telephone calls and they were very friendly and willing to help. Would highly recommend them and use them again.

The company did a really good job on installing my fireplace. They are excellent at communication which is usually a pet peeve for me Their technician Kyle showed up on time and well prepared, however the reason for 4 vs 5 star is that the system was not tested after the installation. When firing up, one of the blowers didn't work. This could have been tested with a heat gun after the installation. Did company did a good job on the follow up and made sure everything was fixed and tested the second time around. I would recommend and use this company again.

As a General Contractor it’s always hard to find the best of all trades Kyle and his team are the absolute best at what they do. If you need anything fireplace related in the North Texas area these are the folks to call.
