I had a leak from my main line and Waylon came out to check it out. He went above and beyond to not only fix the leak, but he also repaired some pipe that it drained into. He fixed several other issues on my inside unit as well. 5 stars

So Perfect Air was actually a 2nd opinion for me. I'm glad I trusted my gut and called because for now on they will be the first company I call for service. Nathan was great, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Great prices as well.

I ( Paula Reed, Beaumont Texas) went through several HVAC companies before finally finding Perfect Air, and I wish I had called them first. My ductwork was old, torn, smashed in one section, and full of holes. My electric bill was climbing from $300 to $400 a month, one bedroom wouldn’t cool, the others were freezing, and dust was a constant problem.
