We love Back Porch Pet Spa! Chloe loves the diamond package including her milk bath and facial! And, my girls beg for me to have her colored and they love it! I love the way they cut her face tight and short to keep it out of her eyes. My other place could never figure that out.

The grooming itself was very well done, especially the nail clipping because my dog normally ends up with rough sharp edges afterward. One small issue was that parking nearby was difficult during busy hours, but the staff inside stayed friendly and the service quality definitely made up for it.

My two Shi Tzu were a mess with overgrown, somewhat matted winter coats. Maegan with Back Porch Pet Spa cleaned them up and they look so cute! She did an excellent job and I hope to book with her again in a few months (before their hair gets too long & tangled for me to handle). My girls look, feel, and smell so much better.
