Overall a fantastic experience. Communication was great. Granted the issue with my vehicle wasn't complicated in anyway but the fact they where able to get the parts and complete it so quickly was unexpected. I had my truck towed in Thursday after the shop closed. Work was completed and my vehicle was back on the road by Friday afternoon on Juneteenth.
Very impressed with the level of professionalism! I recently took my wife’s vehicle here to replace the turbo. Got it replaced/repaired in two days! Very responsive communication and very informative. Highly recommended! Not all repair shops are this honest.
That being said, do NOT buy a Ford Escape
2024 and the turbo was already broken 🤦♂
This is the only place I take my vehicle. I am currently experiencing major back problems. I had my vehicle towed. The next day it was completed. I can barely walk and asked if they could drive my vehicle home and park it in the garage. 10 minutes later it was home in the garage. They truly are the BEST!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
