Dr. Farnette have no bed side matters her front desk staff is not friendly the last few times I have been here. She never smiles when you greet her. Will be looking for another primary care Dr really soon. Every visit I have with her she really have no concerns on what’s going on with me spent no more than 15 to 16 minutes with me nothing is never done

I just want my lab results from over two weeks ago, the physician that saw me, she seems like she doesn't enjoy helping patients very much, burned out , unsympathetic- the front office staff condescending/rude - Sybil has always been wonderful

Dr. Farinetti and staff are great. Wellspire is not so great. Attempted to schedule an appointment and app shows next available date which did not work with my availability so I selected following day and selected time. The app reverted back to next available date without my consent. As a result the scheduled appointment day and time was 24 hrs prior to day and time I selected. l was charged a no show fee. Wellspire billing was unwilling to work with me to find resolution. Another case of bad systems and processes preventing good people from doing quality work

I have loved seeing Sybil. She is a great doctor, listens to my concerns, and takes the time to understand and address my needs. She is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and the staff is super helpful. Highly recommend.
