I have been going to stretch lab for a couple months now and I have really loved the results. Flexibility has improved and my hips and shoulders have drastically gained relief from pain i had been experiencing. Highly recommend! Go see Layla!!
In my 60's and after a career largely behind a desk I was, to say the least, stiff, and while still not as limber as I was in my 20's, the chronic soreness in my hips and lower back is gone and my increased flexibility has added yards to my golf swing.
