It was my first time trying this place after searching for a place for over a year. I am OBSESSED with my hair and in love with this salon! Cooper is absolutely amazing and did some magic on my hair! She went above and beyond to make my hair look beautiful! She took her time consulting and listening to my wishes and made sure my hair turned out the way I wanted. I finally found my hairstylist and salon! If you’re looking for a hairstylist I would recommend her 100%!!

My wife has been trying to book an appointment here for nearly a month. She has had 2 consultations scheduled and both of them have been cancelled by the Salon with no explanation. They just text her each time near the day of the appointment asking if she can pick another day. That is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed. That is the worst first impression you could possibly make with a potential new client. We have chosen a different Salon that actually honors their appointments and knows how to treat new clients.

I was incredibly excited to get my hair done here and booked a consultation 12 days in advance for vivid colors, more than willing to spend $400-$600 for what I want. Four days after my appointment was viewed and accepted, indicating that the stylist was available, the salon texted to reschedule. The day and time slot I selected was the only time I had available so they set me up with a new stylist. Less than a week later they called to reschedule once more. It’s incredibly frustrating to have already been rescheduled with a stylist I was told was available just for that to be untrue. The second reschedule was three days before my set appointment, so I have a hard time believing an emergency is the cause of this. I’m a rather reasonable person but this feels incredibly unprofessional and disheartening. I understand that free consultations aren’t incentivizing, but I was unable to book a salon visit for vivids directly, indicating that a consultation is needed beforehand. Rather than rescheduling, to potentially get another call or text trying to reschedule once more since they can’t seem to schedule correctly the first two times, I’ve decided to find a different salon.

It was a great environment to be in and all the ladies there are so nice helpful and funny. I personally had Jamie and she walked me through the entire process of dying my hair and how she will shape it. She made sure we were on the same page during my consultation, then when we started my hair, during the process, and even after making sure I love everything and I sure did. And it’s very hard for me because past experience with hair salons so this is saying a lot!!
