Since the only way to be able to get in touch is reviews here is mine . My husband has previously reviewed and gotten a response saying there was no record of me trying to contact you . I would like to explain how we even got to this point . We signed the contracts in March with no intention of moving , but things happen . We ended up selling our house at the end of April and canceled our membership. I was told in text it would be $450 per membership for cancellation. I asked for the contracts to be emailed, which Andrew did email them. I will give some grace as I took one month to respond since we were getting settled in our new home. So I understand the month of may being charged . I can even understand paying the $900 ($450 per contract) since I took a month to respond . However, since we pay $274 a month we would have had the full balance paid in August plus $196. But , here we are in November still being charged $274 a month. So you do owe us a refund . Per your words , since again we were only supposed to be charged $450 per contract. I have sent emails to billing which have been blocked or bounced. I have texted the number that you send all alerts too( and you have answered on before) I have called a total of 18 times in the past 4 months in which someone answers I say hello and they hang up. So if someone could please contact me so we can resolve this issue , that would be great. Thanks :)

They keep charging us even though we told them we moved away. They said we couldn’t cancel due to the contract. Or if we did we had a price to pay. We showed them prove that we moved far away from them and that there isn’t a premier close to us. They don’t answer our calls or emails. And they still keep taking money out every month even though we have paid them over the amount that was owed for cancellation. Stop running away and answer your emails/ phone calls. We have proof of everything.

My daughter joined PMA when it first opened and we loved Sensei Alex. During her 3 year contract it became a revolving door for Senseis and she quit attending the classes due to not learning anything new. I did not stop payments even though she wasn't going anymore. Our contract ended and the money was still taken from my account and has still not been refunded. I had high hopes in the beginning but ended up extremely disappointed.

BEST MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL AROUNDWe are incredibly thankful for everything PMA has instilled in our 14 year old!!!We enrolled our daughter into their Black Belt training program after many frustrating months of her enduring bullying at school. She was nervous to begin classes because she thought “oh they are just going to teach me to fight”. FALSE! This school has truly helped build up the confidence she lost by driving home the fact…… that our voices are actually the most powerful weapon we have.They have a few different programs to choose from when you’re signing up but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their Black Belt program!! Within the Black Belt portion of their teen class… my daughter has learned how to defend herself against possible attackers that may pull her hair, grab her by the wrist, and even someone that may run up behind her with a gun or knife.⭐️ The instruction within classes is amazing.⭐️ Staff is friendly, caring and encouraging.⭐️ Communication is top notch.⭐️ The owners are very involved.⭐️ School is CLEAN

This place used to be good but has gone downhill. The instructors are constantly changing and they hand out belts like participation trophies. If you want your kid to get a black belt for just showing up then this is the place. If you want them to actually learn then look at other places.

New Review: My original rating to Premier was five stars. Since sensei Tommy has left there seems to have been a revolving doors on Sensei’s. Children horse around during class with no consequence and they give away belts like candy on Halloween. Even my eight-year-old son has noticed these things. All they seem to care about is money. My son told me he wants to learn “real karate” and will be starting all the way back at a white belt at “Final Strike Karate”.Old Review: Sensei Tommy is awesome!!! My son is autistic and struggled with discipline and self esteem issues. Sensei Tommy took my son under his wing and treated him like he was his own. Ever since there has been great gains in my son’s confidence, discipline, and even his grades!! Even my son’s teacher noticed a difference!! I am very grateful for Premier Martial Arts and their amazing Sensei Tommy!!

I have been incredibly impressed with Premier Martial Arts in Kingwood, where my son has been attending for over six months. His enthusiasm for each class and the progress he's made is a testament to the quality of instruction and the welcoming atmosphere at this martial arts school.I highly recommend Premier Martial Arts in Kingwood to any parent looking for a martial arts program that not only teaches self-defense but also instills valuable life skills and a love for learning. Sensei Tommy thank you for the confidence you are building in my little Lesedi, he is quickly becoming more risk-taking in climbing up and down from different heights and I see him enjoying class more. I’ve made the best choice for him to join Premier Martial Arts because I know that as he progresses he will continue to be resilient to any challenge he faces. He is becoming more focused and catching up with other students and it’s because of the patience and inclusion he gets . Thank you all Sensei’s for welcoming my son.

Tommy is the best instructor we have had at the seniors class at the Civic center in humble. His dedication and compassion for the seniors to know self defense to protect ourselves from possible muggings can not be measured. He gives and gives with very little in return. If I could pay him for all his hard work, he would be a rich man. I pray the owner can keep him.Class went from 4 to 12 seniors.
