He quickly assessed our situation, and home is now cooling off as Can is leaving. We are thrilled with this company’s service and customer care Cam demonstrated.

Camilo came out Sunday night Camilo came out to save the day. Power surge played havoc with Kingwood A/C’s. He had my air conditioning running in less than an hour and was off to his next call. Thanks to Camilo and Madd Air conditioning. The only A/C company I trust them Thanks. I called Sam and left a message about 7:30 pm Thursday. He called me back about 8:00 pm. I told him my a/c was not cooling. He asked could I wait until morning. I said yes and he was at my home at 8:00 am. I know my unit was 19 years old and Sam has kept it running for 2 years. Now it was time for a new one. This was Friday I thought it was be next week before it would be replace. No they were here at 8:00 am Saturday and were finished by 11:00 am. Professional, honest, reasonable. I would use no one else.

I am so pleased and impressed with Sam at Madd Air. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. When I called Madd Air in the morning, they scheduled a same-day visit for that afternoon. About 30 minutes later, Sam called and said he was in the area for another job and asked if he could swing by to try and get things working before it got extremely hot out. I really appreciate that he took initiative to assist me well before my estimated window and maintained a professional and positive attitude the entire time. 30 minutes later we had cold air and Sam was on his way. Prices for labor and parts were very reasonable, I will be a returning customer for many years, thank you Charlie.

Once again Madd Air came through in the clutch and very quickly! Called in because my upstairs unit quit blowing cold air. Camilo Rosales showed up in less than 30 minutes and in no time had us up and running again. That kind of service is absolutely priceless in this heat. I've been using Madd Air for many years and they have always shown themselves to be a cut above when it comes to affordable service.
