Genesis Medical Group - Kingwood

After having to find a new doctor due to insurance and the last doctor not responding to question regarding lab work I found Dr.Carnai Simpson.
She listened to my concerns and had already reviewed my past medical history I sent to her. She also followed up in less than 1 week.

I am very satisfied, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they are very welcoming, giving time to the patient and explaining very well every detail to the patient.
I highly recommend them ?

I made the switch from Texas Oncology to Genesis Medical group. Honestly, I’m so glad that I did. The nurses were very friendly at both locations. However, the nurses at Genesis Medical seem to be a little more knowledgeable and have more time to give to patients. Things definitely move along much quicker at Genesis as well. You get into your appointments on time get set up with your infusions right away, disconnected right away, etc.. things just seem to move a lot quicker and smoother at Genesis rather than Texas Oncology. I would definitely recommend Genesis over the other
