This is my third time visiting ERA this year, each with different stylists. The first two times were good, they did a wonderful haircut and color, I was in and out in no time. This third time was different though. This time I met Mayci who greeted me upon arriving and offered me a coffee with such a big smile and welcoming attitude. My stylist was Fatima, she described, explained, and answered all questions in detail and with patience. I mistakenly selected a root touch up service online when I should’ve selected a full color. I found this salon after a coworker of mine mentioned it, and I am so glad I did! I haven’t had my hair cut professionally in years and Jazmin did a beautiful job giving me a long layered haircut with face framing pieces. She was also super sweet and created such a comfortable environment, highly recommend her!

Alysha cut, toned and styled my hair. Thoroughly pleased and happy to say I would go back in an instant. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. I mentioned wanting to keep most of my length and she kept to that, trimming of the ends, but my length remains. She actually massaged my head during my shampoo and I nearly fell asleep! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
