I have been going here about 5 years I guess. I was seeing Samantha Herman, one of the NPs. She is a beautiful person and the only reason I stayed this long. She left and I am looking for a new dr. Everything said about the front office is true. You can't reach anyone and will get no call backs.
It's awful, but Samantha was good! I'm gonna miss here so much! She cared about me! I've never seen dr Perez so I can't comment on that.
Every time i come in to see Doctor Perez, I am always waiting for at least 2 hours, even though I made the appointment 2 weeks ago. I think it’s time to look for another doctor, who has consideration of people’s personal time off. Can’t spend half a day waiting to see the doctor.
Dr. Perez is listed as my PCP and I haven’t been able to even get the office to answer the telephone, in order to make an appointment. I am in need of healthcare NOW. I am googling to see if I have been scammed by BCBS!?
