Been a patient several years service now days very poor Been trying to get my refills on my medication called for last 3 days said they were going to refills with heb called office 4 times told me it was going to get handled 2 days ago called again today still no refills out of medication unbelievable service the so called nurse very rude maybe I can get my medication refilled after posting this be aware
I WISH I COULD GIVE A -STAR! This office still disappoints, took my 94 year mother to see Lori PA, she didn't listen to anything I had told her prior to seeing my mother, didn't know my mother has dementia, and this should have been in the notes since she's had to for 3 yrs, she apoligzed said they system didn't transfer all the patient notes. What??? it should still be in my mom's personal history from the last two visits she could see. Ugh, today I looked at the notes from yesterday, what a joke, it's just the template no personal discussion noted, no mention of her current reason for appt. I have been a patient of Dr Perez for over 28 year. The best of the best and an excellent staff from front desk to behind the scenes. It's great to walk in and they call me by my name.
