This was my first time at Creekwood Dental and the experience was great! I am new to the area and haven’t been to a dentist in a couple of years. Jessica was so friendly and gentle, and she answered all my questions. They have a wonderful new patient special with X-rays, exam and cleaning for $160! Since I don’t have any dental insurance, this was perfect for me. Dr. Smith was also very nice and friendly and did a thorough examination. I will definitely be back!

My first visit to the office after relocating from out of state. The office staff was friendly, Rhonda was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Smith was supportive, helpful, listened to my specific dental issues and quickly developed a plan on how to best treat the extensive dental needs that I have from a fall as a child breaking my front teeth.
6 months have gone by and I have had teeth extracted by Dr. Stanton and am now in the restorative process with Dr. Smith. The gentleness put me right at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Smith, he talks you through everything so you understand what is going on. His assistant Dawn is amazing. I am so thankful I found them.

Dr Smith assured me I would have no pain after my root canal, and the pain is horrible - when I called the office to ask for help I was told to give it another 24 hours before he would order any medication for me. The desk staff was indifferent.

The dental services were fantastic. the office is modern and I feel it is state of the art. I trusted the staff and they made me feel comfortable. my only issue was insurance billing which is why I will not be returning. I had no issues with billing two insurance plans with my old dentist which is why I am returning to him. The billing here ended up with me having to repay part back tomy second insurer even after my out of pocket. I was a bit confused on my out of pocket amount as well because it seemed to not compute with me. They are allowed to bill the insurer in their office practice manner, but I had a similar service at my previous dentist and never had an issue as I experienced with my two insurance plans. Great dental office, great staff but now I have three dental plans and I am petrified to even think how the billing will go if I returned Thank you all for my dental work, simply love it and the work was fantastic.

This was definitely the best teeth cleaning I've had! Appreciate their courtesy, kindness and professionalism! Will refer to family and friends!

As always, I received great care from Dr. Smith. His staff is always friendly and I appreciate not having to wait but rather go in at my appointed time.
