The entire staff at Continuity Care is truly concerned about the health and happiness of their patients. My parents are both patients for home health care and physical therapy. We put off getting help longer than we should have. If you are caring for your parents or need help yourself this is the best place to call. Both Mom and Dad are happier and their overall health has improved with professional care. The extra care has allowed us to enjoy more free time together without the entire burden of care. They even handle all of the filings with medicare and insurance companies.
