Jose Carrillo responded to my call quickly as I shut system down d/t a snake visible inside HVAC and unit was shaking with loud clambering noise; plus was 90 degrees and I am 80 years old. He resolved problem explaining solutions to prevent further snake issues. Also answered my questions on my system overall. Very pleasant person to work with. Thank you.
