This business is an absolute joke. My wife took our 9 year old Westie in to be groomed and they did a TERRIBLE job. He doesn’t even look like a Westie. We have had our Westies groomed in different salons over the years and this was by far the WORST. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS PET HERE!!!!

My first time having a long haired baby. So I took him to Lu to help me.. They went above and beyond for my baby boy!!! I was speechless he is absolutely handsome and I will be eternally thankful for loving him and helping me get over being scared to leave him..

Wintering in Texas from Michigan. I have a 13 year welsh terrier that was in need of grooming bad. Gave Lu's a tried could not ask for better services. One of the best jobs ever. I would not hesitate to go to Lu's.

We have been going here for two years now and LOVE the way they treat our pups and how wonderful they look afterwards. Our dogs know when they are going to Lu's and are happy.
