Ricky was a Godsend, I will forever be grateful for him! We have an F150 power boost hybrid and, the electrical shifter malfunctioned while pulling our boat trailer when my husband went in to reverse. I called the first number that popped up on google and it just happened to be Ricky. This was at 7:43pm he answered immediately asked me what was going on, said he would do some research and call me right back and he did at 8:01. I knew from my first conversation he cared, he was curious, he had a high sense of urgency, and he could help. My wife had a blow out several hours from home. I called the number, and Ricky had her back on the road 20 minutes after I called. Excellent and speedy service. Will use again if in the area

Ricky was SO helpful and great! Got a flat tire on a Sunday with no spare or tools in my car. He answered right away, let me know what I needed to do (go to Walmart to get a new tire), he he handled everything from there. I didn't need to do a thing! If anything is wrong with your car, Ricky is your guy.
