I have been coming here since I moved to Killeen in 2015. They have done plenty of box braids, knotless braids, kinky twist, a couple leave-out sew ins, and crotchet and I have never had an issue with the services or hairstyles. Ms Val will let you know if she cant do a hairstyle and recommend an alternative. She lets me know if a hairstyle will holdup for whatever the army had me doing at the time. She would make sure the other ladies knew i was tender headed and to be mindful of that it she couldn’t just do my hair herself. She made sure my braids would fit into an appropriately sized bun for when i had to wear my uniform.Services: Braids
When called to inquired of how much they charge for box braids, was told $180. Once the braids were done, the length i stated was not correct! The braids was longer the advised. They over charged me $40 dollars which came to $220. When spoke with owner (Valerie) was advised would give my 40 dollars back. Safe to say i did not received my money! Very disappointed ? good quality with braids (bad business ). Will never return there again!! Better places to go with good quality without being deceived!Service: Braids
