The Technician was prompt and kind. My appointment was at 11 am he was at the door respectfully before that. He was efficient and explained the steps. He asked me if I had any questions regarding the process. He also had me walk him through and asked if I had any specific notes for him to remember! Great experience!!!!
10/10 or well... 5/5 Killeen Steam team as done my carpets the past 2 1/2 years and honestly the price is definitely worth it and they are in and out in a more than timely manner. The gentleman that has done our house the past 3 times has been nothing but kind and a pleasure too.
I just arrived in town to find the carpet in our new house to be unusably disgusting (my best guess is most likely due to the previous occupants' pets). With less than 12 hours until my wife and small sons (one of whom is 12 months old) were due to arrive, I called Killeen Steam Team and they came out the same day. Flexibly dealing with my confused descriptions of how much work needed to be done, they not only vacuumed the house, but treated and cleaned the carpets in a way that made a night and day difference, and on top of that, their service was not only both friendly and efficient, but also extremely cost-effective.
