Having been struggling with disabilities for 15 years (severe back pain) has been overwhelming. I have seen many physical therapist who have offered many helpful services, such as, stretching, chiropractic adjustments, losing weight, electric therapy with tens units, and massage therapy. All of those have helped substantially but none has helped as much as when I was sent to massage therapy through the VA to Dominica’s Wellness Spa. She took her time to get to know my needs, pains and discomforts and focused on the main issue. Every time I left after getting a massage I felt great. Body was no longer sore or tight. I felt relaxed for about a week or two at times. To understand how big that is you need to know Ive been in pain all day every day for the past 15 years. Mostly 6/10 on a good day and 8/10 on average. When I would leave after getting a massage from this place I felt like I was at 4/10 on a pain scale which I had not felt in over a decade. The relief would last for over a week and then I’d need to revisit for another session. I have never felt such pain relief before Dominica’s Wellness Spa or since then. If it wasn’t for the VA not approving more sessions I would still continue to go. It’s been about a year since I last went to this place and I hope they send me back soon. I have been at an 9/10 lately and need some major pain relief. If you ever need a solid massage therapist this is the place. Overall Experience was amazing. The owner and staff were professional and friendly. Making the atmosphere welcoming like family. Came up with a game plan and got to work. I left feeling like going home instead of back to work! Lol! . Honestly the pain that had been neglecting seemed bearable and made daily activities enjoyable. Great people, Great work! Greater results than anywhere else I’ve been!
