Shawn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I brought a broken hard drive to him with the expectation that I will never recover my data because that is what best buy (geek squad) said. I still brought it to him and he was very confident on what he is able to do and he recovered everything from a damage hard drive.
With all that being said, Shawn will have my business for life and any computer needs, he will be my first call.

Shawn was incredible! His shop is immaculate, and his quick diagnosis and repairs were outstanding! He’s definitely the person to go to if you have any computer repair needs. UPDATE: For those who need console fixes: probably not for you. It's a high labor cost for something fairly easily replaceable.
