Contacted them the night before scheduled service through Home Warranty company. Scheduled time was 10-12:00. Called him again at 1215 and he said he was leaving in a few minutes from his previous job in Arlington, over an hour away. Tried to call again and never answered, texted saying he would call me back. 3:00 came and still no contractor, texted him back at 4:00 and nothing sent back. Called Home warranty company and cancelled with C&C Home Improvement. Did the work myself.

I got assigned Chis via Home Warranty of America. My hot water repair took over 15 days to accomplish. I had at least 4 days when Chris said he would be here to do the replacement and never showed up. I could not call and leave a voicemail because his voicemail on phone was full. Best I could do was text but he did not always respond to those. When he did show up I paid for the required parts based on my Home Warranty policy, Home warranty paid for labor. I was then charge by Chris for another $575 that he labeled "Replaced Water Heater with city code upgrades and pipe modifications." There is no sticker or tag on my heater that states that it meets city codes....read full review

Chris Burchman failed to make his seven appointment in a roles. I got him though my Home insurance company. He asked me to pay him in advance and never showed. Also he refused to return me back the money. My advice: Stay a way from him! Zero star
