I had been going for YEARS but NEVER AGAIN!!!
Had went to go in for my brows but there were about 2 people in front of me while I signed in near the registered and figured I’d go to Charlotte Russe to walk around vs waiting in a tight confined spot *which is directly across from the brow kiosk* Was in CR less than 10 mins before walking out at THE PERFECT timing to see the girl who was was in front of me STILL getting serviced. I waited 5 mins and started to notice there was a new lady waiting but didn’t think anything of it since I signed in. Today is my 2nd time goin here in the last couple of months to get my eyebrows done And I have to say The gal does amazing work I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied I give her 5 stars She's truly the best I highly recommend getting eyebrows done here at brow art 23 in Killeen mall

I used to enjoy this place but now there is a younger girl working and I’m sure she’s new and didn’t enjoy my experience. She was rough and heavy handed. She also couldn’t thread the correct way and kept squeezing my skin and even left a burn or scar on the side of my eyebrows.
