Huge thank you to everyone at Scott & White Baylor. After losing our IDs in a house fire, the entire team went above and beyond to help us get the records we needed to replace everything. From the first phone call to the records department at the hospital, every single person was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic today. From reception/checkout in to the assistant (Roxanne I think), to my new provider Ms. Sherman and the lab. Everyone was fantastic. I am so pleased! I waited 8 months for my appointment and it was worth it!
I've been going to BSW for about 6 yrs, never had an issue, the ,Staff, Nurses, and Doctors, that i have had dealings with has been awesome. They all are courteous and professional, they care about your privacy but importantly your health. TY BSW!, jt
