I ordered same day delivery from the other side of the world with poor phone service and Joy called to let me know they were out of the package I ordered but compiled and delivered a bouquet my wife loved. Will definitely use them again.
On 24 June my mentor and close friend retired, and Ms Joy went out of her way to make it special. I thought she was retiring on Friday, but her last day was Thursday.
