UT Health East Texas Urgent Care in Kilgore is described as a clean, professional clinic with fast service. The office staff, including a nice and soft spoken receptionist, are professional and upfront about costs, especially for those without insurance. Nurses like Tiffany are exceptional and thorough with vitals and examinations. Nurse Practitioner Linus Medley is noted for checking on patients, discussing concerns and allergies, and personally calling the following day with further results. One patient brought both daughters in for a persistent cough and was seen together. A steroid injection was recommended and did not hurt as bad as anticipated. Patients felt satisfied and pleased, stating they received good information about their condition. Many expressed they would return for future urgent care needs in the area.
Welcomed by front desk, given paperwork to fill out and went back to the patient area. Very shot wait on the doctor. He was very sweet patient and informative. Gave me a prescription, and 2 other things to use for days afterwards. Very good experience

I walked in here around 11:15 am never been to this clinic,filled out paperwork ect. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes,the office was clean the one whom checked me in was nice,the nurse doing vitals ect was as well. Linus Medley NP came in checked on me for the low down on what I was concerned on,as well as to what I may be allergic to. I had no issues with him or anyone,I was satisfied. They called the following day to check on me,as well as Linus himself called me today to give me further results. So far I'm pleased! If I'm ever in need of care while in the area, I will return to UT Health East Texas in Kilgore! Thank you to the staff!
Booked online appointment Brought both my daughters in for persistent cough (4) that over the counter medicine wasn’t helping and we were able to be seen together and in about 30 minutes be seen the nurse Tiffany was exceptional and the sweet young little lady in the front was very professional and upfront about the costs because we have no insurance at the moment.
