I received the haircut from hell last week and didnt know where to go as I moved from Houston and searching for a new stylist in Kerrville. I was referred to Tiffany from a friend this morning and called and begged for an appointment because we leave in 2 days for vacation. Tiffany is truly an angel dropped from heaven. She fit me in today and could see immediately I had two distinct uneven layers. I was scared she would have to go very short to clean it up but she took off as little as possible and did a fabulous job. First picture is the uneven choppy mess. Kim and the staff were fabulous! Very welcoming and sweet. Made me very comfortable and relaxed, the decor is cute the music was nice. I will definitely be using them from now on, thanks to my sisters recommendation! Loved the whole experience. 5 stars!

I had to have my hair cut! You know the feel: too much hair, too much heat, too much humidity. When I called as a first timer, they asked when I wanted an appointment and I said, as soon as possible. They set me up with Tiffany the next morning - not a week later, or even the end of the week, the next morning. Tiffany and I looked at pictures because she really wanted to know what I wanted/expected in the transformation. When I walked out, I really did go from Shabby to Chic!!!! I love my cut which is perfect for me in the Texas Hill Country. The salon has a really nice and friendly vibe and I will definitely go back. I also encourage others to try it out. Super happy!!
