I had a very specific pain that I thought reflexology would fix. The therapist realized how bad it was and suggested the hour-long half massage, half reflexology.This is definitely therapeutic massage, not the a gentle spa treatment. I had a rougher massage at the Elán spa in San Antonio.The day after I feel so much better. I can't wait to get back and have my foot reflexology session next week!

One of the best massage and reflexology sessions I've had.... ever! Ming has that wonderful combination and strength in a gentle touch. Not that the massage itself was for wimps! In my experience, with my body's aches and issues, a fairly deep massage is often critical to working out the kinks. But Ming didn't linger too long on my more tender areas--e.g., my calves and shins--yet gave adequate attention to my "hurts so good" areas of neck and back. He was careful, too, around my recent shoulder replacement--much appreciated! Open on Sundays, great prices, easy location, and an excellent therapist. Lili's is now a weekly stop in my week.

They are very supportive, caring, and fair with prices. I lived and taught in China so I'm familiar with the wonderful Chinese medicine approaches such as acupuncture, herbal remedies, and cupping. Great place to support and buy gift certificates! Call and make an appointment beforehand.
