I do a fair amount of business. While I had an item or two lost or destroyed choices are few and they are adequate. What irritates me is when a company fails to honor its hours of operation. Closing earlier than that which is posted on your door and the internet costs me time, gas, and frustration. A four star rating is now a three star rating
