They double booked and I had an event right after. Didn't get to get a haircut. But usually they do a good job. I will not come back just cause it is important for people to make their appointments and important for businesses to be professional.

This was an ok JcPenny. They had good sales however it is very very small, therefore all the clothes were packed together into the store as well as racks outside of the store. The service was hit and miss. There was one employee that was welcoming however there was another at the cashier that was very slow. The service when checking out took more than 10 minutes so I left to another register. Luckily this employee was available. They didn't have a great variety of sizes as the location is very small. Since it is one of the only stores in the town I was in, I would go there again but hopefully they would have what I needed. Other than the slow cashier the experience...read full review

Small town store with a great selection, even better prices. I don't know what Kerrville would do without a department store like JCPenney. Service folks are always very nice, with remodeling the store is in disarray, but I highly anticipate what will be.
