We love the thorough care we get for our dog at Hoegemeyer! Visits are timely and staff is professional and friendly. They care as much about Oscar’s health and well being as we do.

We have been to 2 other vets ( T&C and Kerrville vet clinic), They caused my bloodhound severe ear problems. We came here and found out cuz their neglect she has to have a major surgery. This vet and the vet tech were amazing and very informative. I will never go anywhere else. If you love your fur babies this is the place to come.

My dog is here for a visit with me from San Antonio. I didn't expect that he'd be sick and need a vet visit. This office was great from start to finish. I got in promptly a couple hours after I called. It was very clean, calm, and welcoming. Receptionists were kind and caring. Dr and vet tech were patient and caring with Herbie. He was calm the whole time and cooperated well. That says a lot! Last time, at another vet in San Antonio, he had to be muzzled. Not this time! Dr was very informative and patient. He explained options and was open with prices up front. I appreciate that. Thanks to all the staff. Herbie is feeling much better!
