I usually dread going to a dental office due to previous experiences. From the moment I walked into this office, I was greeted by the office staff Summer and her assistant. The dental assistant was so wonderful and explained every X-ray, and exactly what I was to expect from her before she did anything, Dr Curtis came in and performed the most thorough exam I have ever had and also explained everything I was needing and why in detail. This office was amazing and I feel confident in placing my oral care in their hands. I can only give 5 ⭐️ but they deserve more! ? thank y’all for what you do. Procedure was done and i went home. I felt that something might be off so I called and was seen immediately right before they closed. But once again I felt something was off. I called that morning and was seen immediately. I was checked on for days to follow every day. I was even followed up with on the weekend. That impressed me so much. It made me feel so cared for.The truth is I’ve gotten used to health professionals, seeming to be annoyed with their jobs/patients. So in return you get attitudes or negative body language or sighs. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! After getting the run around with multiple offices in SA, after a root canal was done, nobody would continue the work for a crown and kept giving excuses and sending me to different offices (not even my primary would help)….I came to Hill Country Dental as my family goes here and they were so helpful and apologetic of the experiences I had. Dr. Cazes and ALL of the staff were so helpful and in 1 visit were able to help and place a temporary crown. I will DEFINITELY be making this my permanent dentists office after this type of care was received!
