The staff at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville, Texas are truly amazing. We worked with Jonny Grimes, and he and his team made the process of memorializing our loved one so much easier. They were thoughtful in keeping costs manageable and provided exceptional customer service every step of the way.
The onsite team was hands-on, kind, and genuinely compassionate during a very difficult time. John Onstott served as our minister and delivered a heartfelt message, reading a beautiful eulogy and offering a warm, sincere send-off that deeply touched everyone present.

I lost my mother a few months ago and it has been the most difficult heartbreaking event in my 40 years. It was tragic and Preventable and knocked the breath out of me from the moment I heard those words. Through the pain and grief i was so thankful they chose to bring my mother to Grimes. LYNN is their funeral Director he is An Angel On Earth!! This man went ABOVE and Beyond his job title. He made my sister and I feel like Family. My sister is from another state and has only been to Texas a couple of times and she absolutely adores Lynn, she brings him up all the time and we both agree during those moments it is 100% crucial to have a funeral home that isn't just... read full review
