Our dogs have been going to Erika for years; however, I always wondered about her being overbooked. The last visit we had was in January 2025; our dog was hurt, limping afterwards. I called Erika to ask what had happened. She yanks there hindquarters out from under our dogs when they are sitting so she can get them clipped there. Where is the halter that lifts the dogs up for easy access? Why doesn't she have one. She is rushed and overbooked and my dogs have suffered because of it. I cancelled all of our upcoming appointments and have found a new groomer. We never received an apology - NOTHING. Had to take my dog to the vet afterwards to get anti-inflammatory meds. She still limps and it's two months post-grooming. This is NOT right.

Our Aussie went in to get “the works” today. Rocky has been to other groomers in the past but when it comes to his “paw-dicure” he can be a handful and we’ve had groomers in the past just give up on doing his nails. When we picked up Rocky today at Bark Avenue, he was absolutely stunning - and every nail had been clipped and filed! 😊Thank you Bark Avenue.
