Update... the Aspen Dental team was amazing to say the least. I cant say enough about this practice..all boxes checked and then some. Because of their skills and compassion I will recommend them every time.

Update 2026- Had to go in but they couldnt help through no fault of their own today. However, I really commend the staff and especially the office manager. She really represents you all well and tried to accomedate . They all should get a raise!!
Just because your teeth look good on the outside, doesn't mean there are not other underlying issues that have been covered up by temporary fixes. Get your panoramic view, get regular dental screenings, and be fully transparent with your dental team. When you feel defeated over something (whether it is a big or small issue), speak to your team. Financing and issue...? They have a payment plan option right for you. Also, Aspen is the only place I have seen with a family plan. It's a discount option that can be used with your family members in your household. Talk to the entire team! UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:
My first visit to Aspen Dental was disappointing and not what I expected from a routine six-month cleaning. I recently moved to Kerrville and am in the process of finding a new dentist.
My cleaning is covered 100% by my Delta Dental insurance. For years, I have gone twice a year for routine cleanings and generally never had a bill unless I specifically requested fluoride or needed other dental work.
At this visit, I was told I had no cavities, but apparently had a very minor case of gingivitis. Instead of receiving the standard cleaning I came in for, I was presented with treatment options totaling nearly $4,000, with an alternative option… read full review
