Disappointed & frustrated with Dale & his crew of 2 other associate inspectors for a lack of thorough examination of the home we were buying...we spent the time and extra money hiring Dale and his two other associate inspectors for our home just a few months ago. To say he missed problem areas, would be an understatement. Roofing issues & leak issues that we've had to resolve that our inspectors didn't catch when that's what they do! For the past several weeks, we've tried contacting Dale for follow up and he never responds. Terrible service.
