We had Tipton complete our roofing needs a few years ago and have been pleased. I recently noticed that a few trim pieces were pulling up and placed a call to Wes. They were out within a couple days and not only fixed the issue, they secured it a little better than the first job. Great work!!

I called this company after a serious roof leak following heavy rainstorms. The owner spoke with me on the phone and learned that my home was relatively new. Instead of trying to take the job himself, he advised me to contact my warranty company, explaining they might still cover the repair even if the warranty had technically expired.
He was right, it ended up saving me a significant amount of money on my roof repair. That level of honesty and willingness to help the community is rare these days. I’m very grateful to this company.

Wes Tipton came prepared with samples and provided detailed pros and cons of various shingle types available during the bid estimate stage. Once we agreed on the materials, installation was swift and efficient. Due to size of the job, a double crew tackled the job in a single day. Mr. Tipton followed up with resolving the minor installation issues and property damage (torn screens, marred brick from the old roofing haul-away) promptly. He assisted in providing paperwork to enable an immediate decrease in homeowner's insurance premiums.
