If you go to Radiance, please ask for Amber!! It was our first time visit and she cut my hair as well as my daughter’s hair for Easter and did an amazing job at getting us exactly what we wanted. Will absolutely be back!

Got my prom hair done by Amber! She was the sweetest and she did an amazing job with my hair, she was very gentle with my hair and she was amazing! Definitely would recommend her if you're looking for a new stylist!

A current hairstylist that I have known for years used to do my hair. I found out by my husband that she was located here at this salon. My hair was grown out for several years very healthy and long. I didn't have my hair colored or treated because I had surgery a year ago in August of 2024. I wanted my hair done in 2025 as it has grown past my draw strap. I wanted my hair in a long layered V-Cut with layers in the back. Then framed in the front with the new icy silver color. She did just the opposite of what I desired or what my husband gifted her of $350.00 dollars to do my hair. She chopped my whole hair off completely to my shoulders and the color is explicit. The roots that grew out for 9 months was dark with blonde. She colored the roots with a caramel brown where you can see where the color ended with the blonde. Only put like 3 or 4 pieces of foil in my hair. You can still see the color where the caramel is and it looks like a melt. It was not blended. The front is lighter than the caramel color in the back where the roots grew out. The old color still shows with the blonde from the foil that she did put in my hair. Then instead of cutting my hair with scissors she used the razor blade. Now, my hair is naturally curly with waves in it, short, and the color is 3 different differtials. I can't even blow dry my hair. It looks like I put my finger in a socket. I deserve my hair to be fixed by color and refund my money back to my husband as a gift that he had gifted me to have my hair done properly the way I wanted it done. I thought I could have trusted her, so did my husband. We are very disappointed. Then she cut my grandson's hair at her house and said that they take 50% of what she gets at the salon. But, they needed her that day she did my hair. She wanted me to be her last. She did my grandson's hair at her house and told me $20.00 dollars. She charged my husband $50.00 because she needed gas money. ⛽️ My grandson's bangs were also crooked.
